Kids will be kids. If my grandchildren would want to go to places too risky for them, I would explain why they are risky, and then try to find a run for one of my big toons to show them what was in there (wherever they are looking at going).

Being mean to them and stinking them is only going to peak their curiosity more, for you are saying the it is "off limits" to them.

If one of my maxed gags fails I feel terrible, putting others at risk. I have some high level toons that still don't have a Boss suit, and the DA scares the heck out of me!!

Ok, on to my point. When we high laffers say "I think this is too risky for you." we mean it! I can't get 80 jury notices quickly in LBHQ without being attacked by 40s and 50s wanting to work their small gags on 10s! (The 80 took like.. 30+ minutes when it could have taken ten minutes. There was a 43 and a 54 (or something) and another 100+ who was also trying to get 80 notices. The 54 wanted to work trap, my lure never works and the low toons kept nearly dieing, leaving them to kill the cogs.) I can't go in a front three without being overpowered by 30s and 40s thinking their gags are extremely good. I've been doing middle sixes for my version 2.0 cogs. Ok, now before you yell at me, I know that they just want to go in to explore, but they don't listen when we say it's too risky! I can't spend an hour or more on the mid sixes twice a day. This was partially a rant, partially (hopefully mostly) something I just needed to say! I'm sick of spending ten minutes trying to get something done, or in somewhere quickly! Don't tell me I'm impatient (Ik that..) because I just want to get these done. The reason I don't switch districts is because none of my friends need the front threes besides 2 and they need one more and then Flippy. I'm just saying that small toons need to listen when higher toons say it's too risky. Laffs I think are too small to be in each hq..

Cash: 50 and below. (You're in the Brrrgh by then, you don't need cash unless for fun.)
Law: 70 and below. (You're at least good enough by then to not be considered tiny.)
Boss: 80 and below. (The front threes have very high attacks and activity risks, and people can't deal with all the low laffs.)

If you're a low laffer and just want to explore, get together some friends and ask them to go with you, or explore and don't fight cogs.
I've made my point, and now I want to eat my pizza in peace.
A little bit changy has been released(Too lol isn't it?)
Cash:You will needa defeat some Cashbots in the Brrrgh TTasks. And it's NOT just for fun.
Law:You will needa defeat 90 Lawbots if you are unlucky in the Brrrgh.Same as above.
Boss:Not really. But you should ensure you have at LEAST lv6 gags(Sound, throw, squirt,TU)

Seriously,Bossbots in CGCs have NO group attack, and they do less damage that other kings of Cogs.
P.S:Happy Canada Day!(Is that too late?lol)

Even if they are ubers, it really doesn't make much difference. They won't be able to get on the elevator either way.

Aren't they adorable though? My 4 year old son LOVES the front three. His sister built a toon up to mid-60's laff, decent gags (level 5), and turned the toon over to him. As soon as I let him on TT, he logs on and runs straight for the cgc's. He loves to stomp the goons. He always goes to the first set of cogs and goes sad, but he gets a kick out of the Wah-wah-wah. He just gets his laff back and heads back in!

Of course, while I encourage his curiousity and I even help him get through the cogs so he can explore the mazes and cog golf game, I make sure that he is in quiet districts. I think there should be a district that is aimed for these 2-5 year olds. They KNOW how to have fun, don't care if they go sad, and just smile and get those totally awesome belly laughs, no matter what happens to thier toons. They are the ones that really know how to have a blast in this game!

Personally, whenever I see a noob, if I've got free time, I invite them to come in with me alone. When I'm in there, I honestly try my very best (w/o level 7 gags, though), and when one of us dies, then I say "I think this is too risky for you." That way the noobs acknowledge that they probably shouldn't go in there til there better.

I never use the risky phrase for sincere intent. It means other things to me and I dont want to convey any of its connotation. I might say "This isnt what you need"

A problem with that phrase is well here's an example.
A 50 laffer is in BBHQ who needs bossbots. You say This isn't what you need and you just confused them. They'll say no I need to defeat bossbots and you'll say let's go take over a cog building and they'll obviously think well can't I get bossbots here faster?

Well not really. You fight 24 cogs per a front three and it will take a 50 laffer 40 minutes in that front three. Doing buildings is safer and gets you much more cogs. You can do at least 30 cogs doing buildings in 40 minutes. Lets say 10 cogs per building and you do a building every 13 minutes. You'll get more than doing a front three.

Having them go sad with one other toon shows them that they can't make it with 3 other toons?

I am Going to Speak For 15 noobs to 50 laffers. These guys want to explore.I'm 66, and I contribute as much as you 100+ Laffers.Yes,I do know that Some places should be restricted, and Noobs think that when they are with 3 100+ laffers, It means easy.Well, It's Not.But We have All depended on them A few times Too!!? So Go into dollar mints, DA B Office, or a middle 6. No need to worry then.

I was doing a front 3 with friends in river in the early morning when a 16 and 2 17's show up. None of us felt like leaving river because none of us had rides back in.

After about 10 minutes of shuffle i decided that it was experience that could get them to realise how hard it is. On the first battle all they did was throw so that was pretty easy. But on the second one my lure missed and well they went sad. We didn't really see them back and one of them said thanks.

I usually try to warn them but if they insist I just go and they end up dying. I'm high enough where I can make it through with one other good toon so as long as I have that I'm fine. I've resigned myself to the fact that people who haven't been there before don't understand what's waiting for them. If they don't heed my warning then they learn the hard way.

If you can get three friends to come along, by all means go for it! Your actions will depend on whether the others elect to use Sound or Lure as their primary tactic and what your other two gag tracks are. Don't hesitate to pass when needed. When given a choice, use Throw - Cleff will appreciate that.

Yeah, it's dangerous for you even with three maxed friends - if three or four unlured Cogs remain after any one round of battle (due to misses), you can go sad if they all target you.

Good luck!!
