Talking Cog HQ is out! Chairman picture inside!

I just disconnected in my first Chairman battle, and I can't get
back on right now, so I'm coming on TTC to catch up on the Cog HQ
posts.

The test server is extremely laggy right now, and it took me about
25 minutes just to get on. Once I did, I only just managed to get
to the end of Tractor Terrace and into Cog HQ before the game
crashed. After about five tries, I finally managed to stay on for a
good amount of time.

Cog HQ is an enormous city, full of high-rise office buildings. I
didn't get the chance to explore the entire thing yet, but it's
HUGE. All four kinds of cogs are roaming through the streets,
including skelecogs and v2.0 cogs. There are many plazas with
statues, however most of the buildings are unlabeled and seem to be
inaccessable at the moment. Each time I got a message saying "This
area is not yet open."

The only building that is currently open is the Chairman building,
which is a huge office building. The lobby is larger than even the
Cashbot lobby, and there's a huge chandelier. You get a new black
suit in the lobby. Everyone's caption said "Flunky Lvl. 1", which I
assume will be changed later on. It took little effort to get a
group together. Here's what the Chairman is like:

When the elevator doors opened, we were in what looked like a big
board room. The Chairman was at the end of a long meeting table in
the center of the room. He's an enormous nasty-looking cog with
sunglasses and a cigar. He reminded me a little of Agent Smith from
The Matrix. Altough he had the boss-cog tank treads, he also had an enormous wooden chair (gotta love Disney's humor). At this point, it lagged for a little while, and I was worried that we had
discoed. Luckily, it stopped lagging after a moment, and we entered
into the room. The Chairman seemed to think that we were the
"stockholders". Then he realized that we were toons and blew off
our cog suits. He then shouted for his "bodyguards" and the cog
battle began. I was so excited I could hardly breathe.

Luckily, I had two 107 laffers and one 86 laffer on my team. When
the Chairman's undercarriage opened, a lvl 12 Big Cheese, Bigwig,
Robber Baron, and Mr. Hollywood came outimmediately. All the
Chairman's bodyguards are V 2.0's. We blew them away with sound.

Next came a Corporate Raiderr, 2 Spin Doctors, and a Robber Baron.
We sounded these as well. After that came two lvl 11 Minglers, one
lvl 12 Bigwig, and one of those new lvl 13's! Both of the 107
laffers and the 86 laffer used foghorn, and I used an elephant.
This destroyed the the two Minglers and the lvl 12 Bigwig, but the
lvl 13 Big Cheese still had an orange light! It attacked the 107
laffer with a Glower Power, which did -30 damage!

The battle raged on, and we fought with everything we had. Three
times, the other people on my team had to use lvl 7 gags. We also
used two TOW toon-up phrases and one TOW restocker phrase. Towards
the end of the battle, we got a big surprise when two lvl 14 Big
Cheeses along with two lvl 13 Bigwigs came out of the CEO! One of
the 107 laffers put some TNT in front of one of the lvl 14s, and the
other one used a presentation to lure the four cogs. The 180 damage
from the TNT only made the lvl 14 turn orange. The 86 laffer used a
piano on the Big Cheese. This made it turn red, but it still didn't
destroy it, and it used a Glower Power on the 107 laffer who had
used the Piano, doing -32 damage!
After about 12 minutes of battling the cogs, we finally destroyed
the last of them. However, the other side hadn't been as lucky. It
seemed to me that they had gotten one or two low laffers on their
team, because we heard one of them go sad after the second round of
cog attacks. Another one went sad about a minute afterwards.
Although the remaining two toons fought on, they went sad too
eventually, leaving just us four. Nevertheless, we decided to play
on and check out the Chairman battle.

After we had beaten the Chairman's bodyguards, the elevator doors
opened again, and eight strange-looking cogs came out. There were
two Sellbots, two Cashbots, two Lawbots, and two Bossbots. Each had
the CEO's head, which the front page said would be changed at some
point. The Chairman said, "Ah, the Board of Directors has finally
decided to arrive. You're late, the shareholder's meeting has begun
without you." One of the Cashbots responded, saying, "Those
shareholders are sure becoming hard to please."
All eight of them came out of the elevator and lined up, four on
each side of the room. This is where we couldn't figure out what to
do next. The directors and the Chairman all started attacking us, and we couldn't
figure out what to do. The directors' attacks do up to -30 damage,
and the Chairman's attacks seem to do up to -40 damage! I didn't
get a good enough glimpse of his attacks, but one seems to involve
launching fireballs out of his cigar. The 86 laffer and one of the
107 laffers soon went sad. The other 107 laffer and I were managing
to stay alive, but a few minutes later the district was suddenly
reset. (Argh!) I didn't find out what happens after that. I
haven't been able to get back on test since, so I thought I'd come
on TTC and ask if anybody else has gotten to this round in the
battle yet and if they've figured out how to destroy the directors!
There were also a large pair of doors on the side of the room, which
I think may lead to the next phase of the battle.
I'd love to hear some other people's Chairman battle experiences as
well as if anybody has won yet! Everybody I've seen has been a
Flunky lvl. 1.

P.S. By the way, I entered Toontown in Bossbot HQ and noticed that
they added cogs to the Bossbot HQ coutyard. This is looking to be a
great update!

Started scrolling down and as soon as I saw the top half I was expecting there to be a cog of Donald Trump.

I did do one very similar for the CEO last year. I didn't take a picture, though.

But what do you mean "do one"? This is a completely accurate battle report and a screenshot.

You're a day late for April Fools.

Everybody knows Disney won't have a character with a cigar associated with any of their products.

Well, how would you know? Do you have a test account?

And time is relative. This was posted on April Fools Day everywhere from Mountain Time eastward. That's just a cooincidence, though.

And what about the Pool Shark? He has a cigar. There were also cigars in Pinoccio, I believe.

But the future releases or updates in the game won't have cigars that will be noticable to little kids ,since the game is E-rated.

Well, they just released someone with a cigar, so it's academic at this point, but I don't think a villain with a cigar is non E-rated. It's not exactly like they're encouraging smoking. Does the CFO encourage throwing safes at people?

I can't believe that Cog HQ is out and all you can think about is the Chairman's cigar.
