Since Bossbot HQ was released, the main Hq's people go to are, in order from most to least popular:
1. Bossbot HQ 2. Sellbot HQ 3. Cashbot HQ 4. Lawbot HQ Lawbot Hq is almost always empty even in Nutty Summit! (Nutty River is immpossible to get into)

Well of course Bossbot HQ is popular because it's new and everyone's rushing to try it out, and I guess Sellbot HQ and Cashbot HQ are just more fun than Lawbot HQ...heh... :P
(But I wouldn't know, since I've never battled one of the Cog bosses before.)

Cash is popular because of the unite phrase. Lots of people are trying to get toonup unites.
Sell is probably popular because they are trying to get good SOS toons to use in CEO, bessie, clara, lil ol' man. Law is good for summons and not many probably need them since they run big option ones in river anyway.

I think nobody is in law because everybody who can CJ, would be in boss since they have the requirements to get their boss suit. Sell is popular probably because of the low-laffers who can't fight the CEO and want something to do. People are in cash to get their unite arsenal up, since they probably used most of them in the CEO, if they have their boss suit.
