Anyway, I'll report about that shield I found.

As we all know, lv. 12s should mathmatically have 182 health. But because every kind of cog has a different size battery for it's health, they decided to max out the batteries for lv. 12 cogs to give them 200 hp. Since that is as big as the batteries can get without over-powering the regular cogs, and the next biggest are for boss cogs only, they needed a way to give the new lv. 13 cogs more health.

For this, they came up with a shield that has several set amounts of health and has an enhancing program for attacks. Thus, they can used to create a more powerful cog, one that has never been seen in this Tooniverse. They start at 60 hp shields and a +4 attack, but the setting goes up to 93, 118, 142 and 160 hp, and +5, +7, +8, and +9 attack! So now they have plans to go up to lv. 17 cogs! But once a toon destroys the shield, the cog goes back to a normal lv. 12 cog.

I'm going to send the shield to you along with this report. Maybe you can figure out a good use for it.

I've not been on for a while, but here is something:
I was walking in DD when i heard drilling from behind a fence. There were cogs, so I put on a cogsuit to go in and there was a hollywood saying to make more parts of a building, when I asked what its for he said "We;re making Cog Nation! The toons will be surprised when we unleash all cogs powers! I thought, maybe I should tell flippy, the toons who are low laff will need help is they really make more cogs.. to be continued..

Oh I didn't notice..You never really sent us a warning that you changed your system a little.I did however get that wierd active thing.This is my second post so u cant fire me yet lol.I would like my labucks to pile up a little more.I found something intresting about the engineering of cogs.They have a backup safety Valve that tells other cogs to stay away when they are being destroyed.This is why extra cogs dont always come into battle if u already destroyed one of them.Except when your low on laff they will try to pile up on you becuase they know that you are weakened.They have three different signals.When your laff meter points orward green or full a defeated cog will send a red warning signal to tell others to stay away.A 95% chance that u wont be attacked and 5% that you will.If your laff meter points torward the yellow or orange the defeated cog will send a yellow signal that tell the other cogs to be patient.At that point there is a 50% chance that a cog will either attack you or not attack at all.If your laff points torward the red, the signal will flash green and tell cogs that you are easy.there is a 95% chance you will be attacked by another and a 5% chance that you wont be attacked.

I reaserched this further and found that if there are no other cogs in the area the signal will go straight to HQ!The percentage stays the same for each signal that another cog will drop down and attack you.This information is shared with all of the cogs in the area and thier cog HQ.If you are unlucky, you could be hammered to sadness.I will show you a picture on how the cogs waves or signals travel and how you can actually see them!

8. My Report on the Mysterious Fountain
Have you ever wondered why that fountain in the Toontown Central playground is so darn hard to get out of? Can you ever seem to get out of it? Well here's the answer.
Toontown's original developers needed some object to fill in the space. It seemed too plain to them. So they decided to put a fountain there to fill in the empty space. Now they made it easy for a toon to get into the fountain but hard for them to get out, if you were a new toon. To get in all you had to do was walk over the ledge. But to get out you had to jump, which many toons had not learned to do yet. I got stuck quite a few times when I was a smaller toon but I learned eventually. Hope that answers any fountain questions!

My first assignment was to research the infamous Sellbot HQ pit. I wondered how the pit got here, so I decided to look around. After looking at some large broken rocks, I decided to see if there was something buried i the ground. After sneaking my silver shovel into the HQ, (I had to sneak it in because I dug up some flowers in DG), and started digging. After a while I hit something stone hard. I dug it up and saw that it was a large gear, about 8 inches long. After digging some more, i've concluded a earlier V.P. had fallen off Sellbot towers and landed in the middle of the courtyard. I recommend that all toons avoid being in the pit to keep from being saddened from falling V.P.s untill the Toon Council can find a way to keep this from happening.
