Hello Little ones. Im not new to toontown or ttc. Im a very evil person. I am deciding im going to start a clan. E.B.C.O stands for evil black cat organization. Dont be accusing me of coping ebo cuz im not. This is a EVIL organization so dont be asking to join if ur not evil enough. If u would like to join,(there will be about 10 members), please dont be scared to ask me. I know im evil, but... I wont be rude to u if u wanna join. Oh and if it says im not accepting new members... dont ask.
