"Golf" is it worth it?

Golfing, does it take up time? Has anyone been bored of golf yet. I find having to win 100 trophies for easy, medium, and hard corses boring. Does anyone agree with me. Spending hours a day is boring on it. Now fishing is well it's okay because you don't need to maxx it by fishing with someone. I see people log out because they know they won't win. It waste my time. I will have to say the best way to maxx golf is get a friend and let each other win until both of you maxx it. Racing is fine because it's not boring.

Does it take time? Yeah, for sure. It took me about a month to max it out, and I only maxxed it that fast because I did it for hours everyday(Almost everyday atleast).

I also find it quite boring. It's cool at first, but then you just keep doing the same holes over and over again.

Boring is too bland a word for golf, I would call it MIND NUMBING!! But since it was the last laff my toon needed to max I muddled through it.

Just about an hour per day, sure it took a long time, but in the end I got it done and I still had time for fun stuff!!!

My point being with racing, golf even fishing, every little bit helps dont play to the point that you cant stand it! If you just keep plugging away at it, it will get done!

I still like golf, I think it is fun.
Maybe I like golf more because I don't go on Toontown as much as most people today. Yet, I still enjoy golf and I try to play it most times when I do come online.

I got all my wins, i worked really hard on it, and when i finally done with it i found out that i didn't lose more than 59 times, so i only had 359 multiplayer games... I did a lot of multiplayer games then but even after that, i still need around 200 more. And im so tired of golf after i got my wins, that im about to give up now. I didn't think it will be hard for me to get the mutiplayer games, but it is, because its SO boring. Its gonna take YEARS to get it...

It will take me years also. After getting 2 laff points in only 170 multiplayer courses on two different toons, I am looking at many hours of golfing with no reward. It is hard to stay motivated without any reward.

I'm finding golf boring. I'm working on my last few trophies. It is hard because I'm tryinig to get my 9's done and some randoms hate to lose and will leave if they are losing which is a total waste of your time. So having to find friends to do 9's with.

I hope to be done in aobut 3 weeks or so. Need 29 - 9's , 83 - 6's, 37 - 3's and 310 multiplayer games.

I think the key to golf, racing and even fishing is to make a point to spend X amount of hours per week... for me X = 2 or 3 hours.

Don't overdo it just to get it done... do a bit here and there in between cog killing and bossbattling.

Otherwise mind numbing could be an understatement!!! lol

no No and NOOOO!! It is not worth it, and aside from the boredom, its nearly impossible to max if you dont have more than one account to play against yourself. You have to have some pretty nice friends to let you win, and then that takes even more time to get ahead if you are taking turns with the wins. Golfing with 4, is far too time consuming. I have had some bad experiences with randoms, you never know what to expect. With friends its fun, but again time consuming. I preferred to golf with two of my own toons together, it was just the easiest and fastest way to acquire those trophies.

I think everyone that has golfed for a long time has gotten bored of it. Is it worth it? Well it just depends on you and what you are comfortable with. If you are comfortable being at 130 laff then it isnt worth your time (just like fishing). But, if you are a very ambitious person, then it is very worth it.

I see you all agree with me. But remember if we want to maxx we have to do things we may not want to do. Fishing to me is well on a scale of 1 to 10 a 5. I maxxed it, after 4 years of playing TT because I never fished but I can say it was worth it. Golf on the other hand I say is only worth the laff point. I think most all of you will agree with me that after we maxx golf we will never do it again except to maxx another toon.

I think golf can be relaxing after/before fighting cogs or doing lots of buildings. It's easier on the 9 hole with only two people cause 4 takes a long time. It's more fun with SF friends of course so you can chat easier. Doing any tasks for hours on end can get boring IMHO. Would be fun to have a party sometime: folks could team up for golf, switch teams here and there; go back to estate for cannons/fishing/playing with doodles. Then back and forth for more golf. It's suppose to be fun LOL

Golf Racing Fishing gardening,and maxxing suits get really boring after a while.

Thats why im not maxxed on any of those things. LOOOOOOL

I need some type of motovcation to do any tof those things.

For gardening i joined the TTBF (toontwon busness foundation) and started a buisness.

For suit maxxing i joined the CCG.

Golfing i golf with friends.

Racing i never do anymore.
