Stop log out when you lose!

Im so angry. Its so hard to find toons who want to golf, and when i finally find toons they don't want to go to the hard golf, and when i finally find someone who want to golf in hard they are too good for me, AND WHEN FINALLY I CAN WIN SOMEONE, so after we waste like 15 mins there and we only have like 3-1 holes to finish, THEY LOG OUT!!! And all the 30 mins that i waited just to find someone who want to golf, and all the 15-20 mins that we were in the golf, thats almost an hour - all this worth NOTHING because i don't even get a multiplayer game. This happend like 5 times today, and it happens every day, its IMPOSSIBLE for me to golf with random toons and win, because im bad enough in golf anyway, and when i can finally find some toons who don't win me, they log out.
Just wanted to say to all this toons who log out when they lose - you make me hate golf, and you make me hate toontown, you just don't know how to lose.
Its just not fair, im so depressed now.

I feel your pain. I still am in the midst of maxing golf myself, and there are just NEVER any toons around. I go district hopping and sometimes visit every district, always to come upon the same result. There are never, NEVER any golfers.

It makes it really hard to max golf this way, particularly for those who don't have a cushiony little deal with a SF trading wins. I have plenty of SFs, but we don't believe in trading.

And yes, the worst part is when you DO finally find someone to golf with and they ditch because they are losing. NEWSFLASH PEOPLE! You need 600 multliplayer courses. Even if you won every single round you ever played, that would only leave you with 300 multiplayer courses, and you still need another whopping 300. **** it up. You can't win 'em all...I've accepted that. But it's not bad at all when you remember that you have to eventually play 600 multiplayer courses to max golf.

Cmon, do some toons really have to be sore losers. I promise I won't think of you as some kind of toon failure. Nobody has anything to prove to anyone.

Edit: Hmm, it seems that a word has been censored, and the context that I used it in does not correspond with what the word is being censored for. Don't be a ****er!
Re-Edit: wow, the word just got censored again. TTC being a little oversensitive? C'mon, even Toontown has a SC phrase for "Don't be a suker."

Try checking out the thread sleepyone made attention golfers or something like that. He was talking about maxing golf with other toons. Now this means swapping wins but I meet up with a real great random today that we swapped wins. I'm a decent player and i don't exit out but sometimes you need to swap the wins. Like one of posters said you have to have 600 multi players so it doesn't hurt to swap the wins because both toons win in that situation.

I have some friends that like the OP aren't the best at golfing so I swap with her because she needs the wins and if she has to wait on randoms to play she wouldn't probably get any wins.

It is bogus that they exit out on you and I'm sorry that happens to you. Good luck getting your golf trophies and if my toon is there I'll golf with you but would like to swap wins because I need lots of wins. Toon: Lily Nuttybrains, 130, yellow rabbit.

It just happend few times again, i can't take it anymore! ): Everytime i go i need to hope that the other toons will be nice enough to stay if they won't win. Thats just not fair, i spent few hours for nothing AGAIN, from every 10 times that i go to golf with random people i win like one time, all the other times i lose or they log out.

Slate, I really think you should just golf with friends. You can look for friends here to golf with, or ask people already on your list. I think the people logging out don't understand all of the trophies and do not know that they will need 600 multiplayer courses to get that last trophy. At least by finding partners here, they have access to that information and will know better than to log out.

I tried to get sfs for golf from here and i got a lot (around 17) but i guess they don't play at the same hours as me because its really rare to find them online, and anyway they don't work on golf... They do other things and if they come to golf its just to help me, so i feel kind of bad to ask them to golf, and i only golf with them when they offer. The thing is that most of the toons who really work on golf are really good at it, so i can't win them...
By the way, someone just logged out again. :\ I think i will give up soon, its really impossible...

Yeah, the making sfs for certain tasks doesn't always work, as I have had many friends on Little Wacky for particular things and then I never see them. Some people might just want to make sfs and not really do the task.

Perhaps, you can just post when you are golfing (like you are right now) and tell people to meet you in a certain district. Many will trade wins with you, if that is what you want. And, you don't have to make friends with them. You can just post each time that you golf and invite people to join you.

Sorry that I have not been on much lately, but I started back school on the 7th and schooling full time and working full time does not leave me very much time to be on.

I am going to log on now. If you are not busy when I log on, I will come over for a couple of games.

I'm pretty sure that I was one of those Toons who left during a game of golf with you... Although mine wasn't so early in the morning (my time) as your posts were.

I'm sorry about that one. My network went down AGAIN and took my internet access with it during that last round of golf. I spent most of my evening attempting to fix it. >.<

When you're golfing again, you're welcome to send me a PM and I'll come help if I can, especially if you'd be willing to trade wins on those hard holes with me. I stink so bad on those that Cogs all the way in Cashbot HQ pass out when I try.

I fear my only hope is to find Toons who couldn't win if their laff depended on it, (or would be willing to pretend that's so for a short while) and even then it'd probably only be a 50-50 chance. Did you see me on that raindrop course? One more try and Toontown would've just ended the round without me getting my ball in.

I'm usually around from noon to about four MST, and then from six to nine. Weekends... Never can be sure. Totally random for the most part. A few hours advanced warning and I'll be there for sure on any day though, otherwise you're still welcome to ask any time.
