I think there was some reluctance by some to join this elevator 6 loaded and none were robber barons; I had been standing by to fill and so I joined, and Granny Spunky Twinklemuffin took the last spot- Thanks a million! Cog round went by smoothly, and then being the idiot I am, I took a crane spot when the toon I was paired with wanted to stomp. I pretty much ended up not only not hitting the CFO with goons, but flinging them at my other craner teammates | Sorry about that! After a very short while, I left my crane as I felt I was hurting more than helping and thank goodness, someone else took it later. The crane round was long, and we lost Leroy and Crazy Corky (Sorry Leroy! I heard you say "I need a toonup" but before I could find you, I heard "wah wah wah wah") :[ I am not sure if Vicky Buzzenhopper also went sad. I kept on stomping goons as I was not going to risk further messing things up, and luckily we had some great craners & stompers who would not give up and finally beat the CFO!

This was a fun and challenging run. Unfortunately I did go sad in the crane round, but I got the opportunity to play with some fantastic toons. Heard from my sf Princess Trixie that the fight did end up being successful. Wish I could have been there to dance...but it's ok. I went back for a revenge run. The CFO won't get the best of me!!! Hee Hee

Special thanks to Granny Spunky Twinklemuffin. She took over my crane a few times when my lack of craning ability was obvious. She was soo... sweet asking if I needed help and did an awsome job on the crane.

So, great run even though I didn't dance. The way I see it is that an occassional defeat makes the victories that much sweeter.

Cog and skelecog rounds went smoothly despite a few lure misses; pie round went well though VP would not budge once we got him down to the third platform (me trying to stun from back ended up with me always getting hit before I could stun lol- I think I'm going to have to attend stunning practice too), but we eventually got him down and over! Awesome job by all!

That was fun and smooth. Even though I was the second lowest toon there. xD I almost ran out of gags though.. I think I may need too get a task for more gags.. =/ oh well good job all who were in my run with me

Oh, my-- another WILD one!! I think the lesson here, folks, is that when you see a tall purple dog waiting outside the CFO, instead of whispering "Let's use throw!" you should turn around and RUN the other way!! I'm not sure what it is with LFG and the wild CFO's lately.... Cog round went fine, with the usual handful of gags missing. Great teamwork, and lots of fun. the came the crane round.... Again, awesome teamwork. I don't know quite what happened.... We got the CFO to red pretty easily, but then it all broke loose. Huge swarm of reds, safes falling from the ceiling that wouldn't be dislodged, a bunch of unites thrown (Granny Peanut used a +80, Crazy Yippie used one, and LFG threw a max TU), and the sad sounds. When we all danced, Princess Glitter was missing, but there was a screen for her, so I'm not sure what happened-- maybe she disco'd?? When we went to get our prize from Mata there were only 5 of us. I am so sorry to Princess Lily Electrogrooven and Hot Diggity Dog-- you guys are awesome, but you were on the other side and I completely lost track of you. Wish I could have done more to keep you from going back to the PG!! I had all I could handle trying to keep my own self afloat.... Domino Bubblechomp, you rock!! Your stomping was awesome! When Mata gave us our max TU I got 92 laff, if that tells you anything! Anyway, it was a wild, nail biter of a run, with awesome teamwork. Thank you everyone for all your effort!!

That was hairy! Way to hang in there guys! I was down to 20s a couple times. Everyone gave a valiant effort. I, too, am sorry we lost Princess Lily and Hot Diggity Dog. I'd be happy to get in an elevator with any of you again!

I would like to make a public apology to the 5 toons on the 11:00 pm ET Monday January 21st vp run. I have seen the screenshots posted in at least 2 posts and know I was guilty of letting a load go short now. I did not catch it although it doesn't seem like it from ss I did not have a clear view and it didn't appear to me there was any problem with elevator being full. I had been approached in the pit to help a cc1 and was keeping any eye on them to be sure they were able to load and get a win under their belts and would have stayed behind since granny is maxed...... meantime I missed the short elevator load altogether. In hindsight all I can do is say sorry and will give granny a timeout from ccg boss runs till she can be more alert and keep focused on all that is going on around her. I love the CCG and know packing the elevator is top priority and I am feeling very bad today ....sorry just doesn't seem like enough.

Don't beat yourself up. There were many others that didn't pack that elevator too.
Keep in mind, and believe me I'm not making excuses for myself (I have no RL to tend to ) or anyone...yes, we might be on that platform ready to load. But what happens if we have a RL occurence where lets say, a small child fell, there's a fire in the kitchen, the computer itself has got smoke coming out the back or any type of emergency came up. Do you think I'm going to take the time to back my toon off the platform? No I am not! Do you think I am going to take the time to fumble around looking for "I need to go" while a RL emergency is happening? No I am not! Nobody knows when a RL emergency is going to happen. Things may be all good while we're on our big toon standing there forever waiting to let the small suits/toons load and then Wham! RL hits you in the face. You just never know. And I'm not saying anyone had a RL emergency, we never know. Everyone could've been daydreaming for all we know. All we can do is apologize and carry on. So like I said, please don't beat yourself up and don't accept full responsibility. I expect to see Granny today and off of her "time out".

For my group it was 7/8 loading, Jefe reported 6/7 danced for Nancy Gas .....
some other toons NOT yours, when toons in our group said "one more?", the reply came from two of the other toons on the platfrom..."You first." Since this had been asked several times, and no one made a move...We can only wonder why the other toons did not get on to the elevator....

I think this is one of the causes of shuffling for the CCG, cause newer toons get scared.

Last night I (Lady Daffodil Sparklenose) didn't load into the CJ elevator. My daughter showed up spooked about a ghost story she was reading. She couldn't go up to bed alone! Since the house wasn't burning down or anything, I pulled Lady D off the platform and xed her out of TT. So don't fret, you rock! No time-out for you!

Made it through the first round just fine keeping bernie alive.
2nd round poor bernie was lost early on, sounded like a missed lure. I was not side with him so not sure. Poppy continued on alone but once we finished she was gone. Never heard her go sad so I think the mean TT G-ds must have discoed her out. So that left us with 3 to pie. I feel we did a fairly quick job pushing him over. 2 TOW TU were thrown but that is what they are for right So in the end 3/5 dance for Sid Sonata!

I have to admit I was a little disappointed that we went short (5 toons), but sometimes things happen. Poppy Wonderdorf let me know the first lure missed and bernie went sad . Poppy took several hits as well...mentioned he was down to 60. I believe a second lure missed and he went back to the PG green. Seems like the first lure out misses quite a bit these day in all the Boss Battles . After finishing the 2nd cog round, the three of us discussed whether to go on or to go back to the PG. Madame Cat bravely encouraged us on. We almost lost Mister Snappy during the pie fight, he was down to 10 laff. The VP just didn't want to open his gear door. Great teamwork guys...I would fight the VP with you any day . Wish all of us could have danced.

I noticed Dog had sadded in the gagshop. Sorry if it took me a long time to offer help, had to leave a few minutes before our apple cobbler burned- glad y'all were still there when I came back and some of the most helpful, sweet (smelling) toons were there to come to the aid. Wow, the goon looked like it was on a rubber band on the end of Freckles crane. It was really swinging around, how weird! I heard the CFO spun around real fast in the beginning too, but I missed that. After all the crazy stuff I've been hearing lately about Toontown glitches, I'm just glad we had cranes and goons, it was fun!

I used a unite too when I saw Hot Diggity was down to 40 or so. No worries, I haven't gone sad in a CFO in quite a while, so I was overdue. I had a lot of fun anyway, and some great toons helped us with revenge afterwards.

I laughed so hard during the cogs that I nearly fell out of my chair. How many gags missed in a row? I'm thinking it was sound, then 2 of Hot Diggity's goggles, then when Ozzie went to toon me up I said "Good luck" and wouldn't you know the lipstick missed too. Seems like a couple of bday cakes missed also. Anyway, that was a really fun run, thanks a million!

Yes, I forgot to mention a special double thanks to Granny Spunky Twinklemuffin besides for filling in the last elevator spot- when things were getting sticky and I thought we needed craners and saw an abandoned crane, I let my better judgment get to me again and took it- luckily she saw me attempting to swing the magnet around for a few seconds and asked if I needed help (Me: abandons crane immediately- "Yes!" "Thanks a million!").
I do remember accidentally swinging a goon or two in your direction in the beginning minute or so when I was still craning- so sorry about that! Hope to see you on other CCG runs in the future, promise I won't be craning anymore until I get a CFO training run in! ;]
