The skirts do appear different for each toon.

And I think the cog suit Mata wears depends on the elevator's suit averages. I don't know the details, but after all the CFOs you do to get to RB50, you should notice a pattern... I never did.

Yeah I have been going with Silly Chirpy half the time in CFO's and there is different skirts on Mata when we go in..I give her all my info and she writes it down..We are trying to figure this out also. But she has been getting some good info out of this..we will see.

ok heres the scope and this is just a therory im working on but seems like it holds pretty true. the skirt thing is a decoy to throw us shoppers off the track. but there is diffenatly a pattern to time of day, district and suit lvl i wont be able to give u exact info yet but i should be able to come up with a probability of percentages per suit mata is wearing for what unite u will get!! i will post more when i have enough data rt now tho i can give ya a hint
seems that in nutty river between 11 pm est and 2 am u get lots of tu unites let me know if this is true for u and robber barrons give max tu and 80 tu about 70 percent of the time!!! k well i got work to do see you in cash hq

HEY EVERYONE:

Things have changed as you see that post made by SILLY CHIRPY.
Instead of the SKIRT that Mata hairy is wearing its the times + cog suit = a unite. THe SKIRT is a decoy. Silly Chirpy is right about this because I have been noticing it too! She is VERY close to figuring out what unites you want. She is aiming for TU unites instead of others. BUT maybe she might figure out all the unites instead of TU unites. Stay Tuned to see if she actuallly does figure this whole thing out! I mean she has done over 300 CFO's in her toon life! She might be able to do this! (I think so.)

11pm est - 2am EST is still the right times. BUT if you live in a different time zone it is....
10pm CST - 1am CST /// 9pm MST - 12pm MST /// 11pm PST - 8pm PST!
