We may as well face it. Noobs r always gonna be among us. Tell them the advice to stop them from throwing safes. If that doesn't stop them, get angry and stink them and they'll get the message. Only do that if necessary though. If they r griefing then run near them to get the CFO to throw gears at them and try to take over the crane. Stay on as long as possible and prevent their return. Noobs wanna win just as much as all of the rest of us so be patient. These tips may help.
