CFO End Game

I would like some hints about the end game and getting crane practice.

End Game:
I feel good about being on the crane at first but when the red goons start comming out, I feel I am not helping the team. I have been on runs where no (or little) red goons came out. This is best way to fight the cfo but how do you make this happen? I want to know what I need to do to have the 'easy' cfo runs. I like what is witten in "CFO Emergency/end strategy" (CFO Emergency/end strategy) but really want to avoid this. Please post what works for you.

Crane Practice
I would like to practice the crane but when it gets tough I would like some way to let better toons know they are welcome to take over. What are good phrases to use. I was on this run and felt lucky we made it (CCG: Friday Run Reports) and really wanted other toons to take over.

I've been on many a run where toons start going sad and a side is infested with red goons. Your best bet is to first place safes in front of the two exits of the underbelly, this will automatically destroy a goon coming out and mitigate the issue a bit. Then, with the remaining safes, destroy the goons, leaving up to three left. (BUT NOT 0.) Knock his safe off and hit him with the remaining goons. (This should be enough to knock him to 0, if not, safes are your friend ^_^.)
