CFO's health meter?

I'm just wondering...how many hit points destroys the CFO?

It's been taking a bit long to defeat him recently, and I think it would be easier if I knew how many hit points are required.

Before you ask, I don't mean laff points, I mean hit points.

e.g.
Level 1 = 6 hit points

Anyway, can someone please tell me?

I'm fairly sure it takes 500 hit points to get rid of the CFO.

I don't know the numbers for when he turns orange or red.
