Rude Toons

This morning around 7 am I went on a mint run with two black cats who made the experience terrible.
One was a 103 laffer and the other was an 87.
We got to the FIRST room of the mint with four lvl 11 skelecogs and attempted to use sound.
It missed so we used throw. I accidently chose the wrong cog to throw my birthday cake at and the two cats went crazy.
They were asking if I had been there before. I said Sorry.
However, after we defeated the four cogs they insisted that we go back to Cashbot HQ to find other toons.

I said "don't be mean," but they just left.
Upon arriving back at the HQ they wouldn't get in the elevator with myself or the other teammate.

I'm a 107 laffer, not the strongest, but I've been through the mints plenty of times. It was just discouraging.

I am finding that toons in Dreamland are a wee bit more mean than any other playground.... Just know it happens to us all

I hear you. I'm a toon with 112 laff points and I enjoy helping people. When I was building my way up to where I am now I needed help and it seems only mean toons were around and no one wanted to help unless it was convenient for them. But I help! So not everyone is mean. Hehehe.

They dont know you and first impressions are everything. For all they know the run would take 2 hrs. Perhaps if you said "sorry I was delayed" instead of "sorry" it might have appeared less like inexperience and more like an accident.

I know it is very discouraging when that kind of stuff happens. In my close to 3 years on TT, I have to say that the mints tend to have the weirdest things going on.

Those toons wanted to start a mint all over again because of one bad choice? Then, they wanted to shuffle at the elevator? I wonder how much time all of that wasted for them. If they thought they were saving time by ditching that mint, possibly having to buy more gags and then shuffling at the elevator, I would assume that they are not very bright. I know it was unpleasant for you, but they really don't sound very smart to me and maybe you were better off not doing a whole mint with them.

I hit the wrong button all the time. Sometimes I throw at the wrong cog or choose the wrong gag by accident. I think people should give you the benefit of the doubt. I have 3 toons that have been through mint after mint, so it's not like I don't know what I'm doing. We all have those days where we just aren't all there. To me a lot of toons lack the common decency to realize not everything is going to work they way they want, all the time. It's not like you were doing it on purpose, life happens!
