I'm not sure what this is... Maybe it's just a problem with my computer but whenever I log in and click on a toon I just automatically get disconnected... Or sometimes when I teleport anywhere I get disconnected, so I cannot really do anything... Can someone tell me what that is please? .......Guess not?

Known Issues
Here are a few issues (bugs) that are under investigation.
  • 0-timer Battle Bug
    Fixed! (?)
  • I keep getting "Page Cannot Be Displayed"
    What should I do?
If you receive a "Page Cannot Be Displayed" message when starting Toontown, please update your browser to Internet Explorer version 6.0 or above now. We are aware of a scripting issue in older browser versions.
  • Black Screen instead of Login Screen
We are investigating reports of a Toontown startup problem where only a mouse cursor is displayed over a black screen when you should see the Toontown login screen. We believe this is not a graphics problem but a case of the Toontown program waiting for a message from our servers. If you see this problem and Toontown fails to respond for over a minute, please hit Alt-F4 to exit, and immediately submit a bug report. It is possible that simply restarting Toontown at that point will work properly. If this is the case, or if you perform some other action such as rebooting/installing new drivers/uninstalling and reinstalling Toontown that causes this problem to no longer appear, we would like to hear about it on the bug report page. Switching to a less populated district after you log in successfully may lessen the chance of this occurring when you restart the game.
  • Memory Leak
After playing for an extended period you may notice that the hard disk drive is being accessed often ("thrashing"), and the game gets slower and slower. Toontown currently has a problem "leaking" memory, which causes it to use progressively more memory over time, which eventually causes the OS to 'swap' RAM to disk in an attempt to allocate more. If you experience signs of this, we suggest you exit and restart the game immediately (using Alt-F4 if necessary).
  • Random video graphics problems
If you see many polygons being drawn in completely random places turning Toontown into an inscrutable collage, first check with your graphics driver manufacturer's website to make sure you have their latest video driver installed. Windows 2000/XP users, please install the latest MS Service Pack for your OS (available here ). If installing all of these fails to correct your problem, please run C:\windows\system\dxdiag.exe (or c:\winnt\system32\dxdiag.exe), click 'save all info',and send the resulting text file along with screen capture images (press F9 in-game) demonstrating the problem to toontown@disneyonline.com.

  • I have difficulty updating my credit card information
    What should I do?
We are aware of the issue, please try an alternate credit card. This issue appears to happen when we are unable to charge your credit card for a significant period of time.
  • I'm exiting Toontown and it takes me to the "Report A Bug" page.
This is a known issue that we are looking into and a patch will be downloaded in an upcoming release.
  • Mouse Cursor Problems
If you have an ATI card, are running Win2000 or WinXP, and see a black square instead of a cursor, this is due to an ATI driver problem. If your cursor flickers or flashes on and off as you move it across the screen, this is also a video driver problem. Please download the latest video driver from your card manufacturer.
  • Transparency Problems
Sometimes you will notice a 'black' background behind items such as the snowflake, or things like mist clouds will partially disappear when you get close to them or look at them from certain angles.
  • Camera Shaking
In certain locations the viewpoint will bounce back and forth between two positions very quickly, causing an 'earthquake' effect on the screen.
  • I'm an International user and I would like to sign up but I can't find anywhere to input my billing information!
Thank you for your interest in Disney's Toontown Online! We are working hard to bring Toontown to your country very soon.
If you reply to this post, please keep it to comments relating to the above bug list... -rcv-
Well I found out about how many times the credit card thing does. If you try to use your card more than 5 times you have to use a alternate card. This has happened to me and I couldn't play for a month. Wahhh!

I've had a really bad glitch. Randomly during gameplay, my entire computer will reboot on it's own. This only seems to happen at pivitol points, like the final floor of a cog building, or the last few fights in the factory. I assume it's ToonTown causing the issue, because no other program(game or otherwise)that I own and run has ever caused this to happen. Does anyone have any advice or at least reports of this happening?

I have a bug that isn't on this list.

I was in Cashbot HQ and i went to check where my friend was, and i froze. I could still talk, but i could move, go to anyone, or open my sticker book.
I have Pictures:

Unable to Move - Mystery

OH, I have had that problem a lot. I discovered that it happens a lot when you are moving. I can actually recreate this problem easily. There are 2 versions that I have discovered. One where you can still click on someone to TP to them, and thus play normally. The other where you can't click on anyone or basically do anything at all and have to alf-f4.

Here is how I re-create the first.... The easiest place I can re-create this problem is in the Sell HQ pit. I run down the edge of the pit and click my sticker book at the same time. This causes my book to disappear and I think maybe also my friends list. If there is no other toons in the area I have to alt-f4, but if there is, I just click on them and TP to them. Afterwards everything is back to normal. I think you can be moving anywhere to do this glitch, but it seems to work better on inclines, like the Sell HQ Pit, or the Cash HQ stairs.

one time when i was a littler toon (50 laff) we were in the VP skellie fight. A level 11 mingler uses that pandigm shift thingy and everyone loses 24, but I could SWEAR I lost 26 when that was the amount of laff i had remaining from the other cogs in that round!

I call that glitch the standing glitch. You can also doing it by rug stair glitch and then jumping off and in midair using your ****iker book. Then 2/5 of the time you will be running or standing in one spot. When I expeirence it I can't click on ANYTHING but I can still us s/f chat and speed chat.

Off Topic-Why does Disney fix some of these GREAT glitches?! For example the earthquake glitch (lol shaking screen) It enables us to go through walls if we are lucky. Its annoying that they take it away. glitches=happyness...or a big pow by the VP/CFO but w/e you prefer

Angry Trouble going to toontown

Every time after I log in to toontown and get redirected to the page called going to Toontown... it gets stuck and either the page stays black or blue. When I click on the page a message appears right next to where it says going to toontown. It always says Going to toontown... (Not Responding) and stays there frozen. Help!

A usermode application (toontown) cannot reboot your computer. The issue is either a driver issue or a HW issue. If you have your Videocard asic overclocked, or your memory is then this could happen.

More likely is that you have a display driver problem. Try a display driver update.

You can locate the mini dump file that the OS creates and look at it using windbg.exe if you are really adventurous. This will help to isolate the problem.
