the shaky camera bug thing only happens when you are close to a solid object (like a biulding) and facing at certain direction
(usally if you face another toon on the opposite side of a cog-building doorway) a quick fix is to take a step farther away from the building or face at an angle slightly away from the building

Re: Bugs/Issues
This may or may not be a bug. But this happens too often to be a coincidence. I have an unusual name for this toon and often get whispers from people commenting on the name. As soon as they comment I click on the whisper to reply a 'TY' and am informed that they are off line?
I would say this happens at least 99% of the time. This can't just be coincidence that as a parting shot, peeps will comment to me on my name. Do they get kicked off (if so, I am sorry to those who suffer because they comment) or am I somehow blocked from replying to them? |

First off the bug reporting system with toon town is unreliable at best, it throws problems into general categories and if it gets confused on what your problem truly is, it sorta will run home to momma and tell you that your graphics driver is wrong. I suffered in the VP room so much, constantly freezing in the VP pie fight portion. I am sure I am not alone here. I wrote 38 e-mails to toon town for help, nothing. I am a Network Admin and know more than your average bear about computers, try the following it worked for me: 1) If you are running Norton Utilities, disable it before playing the game. 2) Running a anti-virus software, again.... disable it. <----why do this? Well, when toon town boots up it auto updates the software, anti-virus and system monitoring tools can screw with it. Finally this is crucial: Slow down the hardware acceleration of your machine. Thise 3 things have fixed my woes. Good luck with freezing, It is a toon town issue I am sure. The software is making illegal calls to the hardware......Hello Mr. Freeze. Good Luck Mister Max McWoof 102 Laff Lure, Sound, Toon Up, heck everything maxed, except trap dont have that. Mr. Hollywood Level 12 again for the umteenth time, I WANNA A NEW HQ!

It's not a bug...

The toons aren't really offline. This is just the result of a toon who isn't your friend leaving the area where you are after they compliment you on your name. If you are in a playground and a toon whispers to you then leaves the playground, you cannot reply to them unless they are your friend. This is also true if you leave the area they are in (playground, street, section of sellbot hq, gag shop, toon building, etc.). They aren't getting kicked off, they just noticed your name on their way out of the playground, stopped long enough to compliment you, then left. Aunt Nutmeg |

![]() Try playing the game full screen and then take a screenshot and see if you have the same problem with getting kicked out. |
