I always get stuck at the beginning of every race I do in Goofy's Speedway! I thought it might be a bug so I reported it to Disney. Here's a copy of what I sent them:

Dear Toontown,
I am reporting a bug that I encounter every time I race in Goofy's Speedway. When the race begins, I am sitting at the finish line with every one else, and then the horn begins to honk. (The one that honks everytime a number goes by in the countdown at the start of the race) However, as the horn honks, no numbers appear on my screen. At the 3rd honk, everyone else begins to race, while I am still waiting at the finishline for the numbers to appear. The horn keeps honking several times untill the the numbers finally come up on my screen and begin the normal countdown.
Sometimes I am only held back a few seconds while other times I am held back for as long as half or all of a lap. (There is nothing different or special I do that triggers this glitch. It just happens everytime I race.)
With this glitch, it is just about impossible for me to win any race because I am held back at the beginning for so long. And it has been going on for about 4 months now. Is there any way you could fix this for me? I would really appreciate it.

PS I also included a picture so that you can c I am being held back while the other begin to race. Aslo notice the bar at the top that shows the racer's overall progress hasn't changed even though the others are moving. It does change, however, once I am allowed to race.

They wrote back to me and said that it is not a bug but just my PC or internet. They were very helpful and gave me alot of suggestions on how to fix it.
Have any of you had this happen to you b4? How did u fix it?
