Really glitchy day

Ok when I went in toontown I was very laggy and got through the door the same time the cog, got through when I head a cog noise repeating and this message said:

CANNOT CHANNEL INPUTS COG RECIEVE 90007814709287481 PLEASE RETURN LOOP ON CHANNEL 1 INPUTSSSSSSSSS GET.

I kicked ok then my toon appeared back in the playground but then believe or not I saw an legal eagal on the trolley it then said "Is this a bad time good" then it turned into level one legal eagal which tiny and about as big as my toons toe. Then it turned into a normal spin doctor and it said "CANNOT CHANNEL INPUTS COG RECIEVE 90007814709287481 PLEASE RETURN LOOP ON CHANNEL 1 INPUTSSSSSSSSS GET.
