Anyone have this problem? Please Help.

I can not get in to toontown. When I get to the page to click on the toon I want to play on the bottom left side it says download panda ( it never said panda before) it goes to 90%. I click on my toon and it says you can't advance because playground download is only 0%. Try again later.
This has been going on for a while.

Does anyone else have this problem?

Please help.

download panda? it's really weird. Maybe try to uninstall and re-install again?
