Door to Able-Bodied Gym wont open

Playing last night in Donald's Dock (I think in Nutty Summitt) and on the last gag training task one task was to visit Able-Bodied Gym. When I got there, I tried to open the door and it would not open. Tried a few buildings on side of it and they all opened. After a minute or so, a pig also tried to go in and it did not open for him either. We both tried running up to the door, but it still wouldn't open. It was late so I just logged out. I will try again tonight. Didn't try another district because I was kinda at a stopping point and it was late. Will post again with tonights results.

That happens when a cog is going to take over a building, and an invasion occurs or ends before he enters the door.
The only way to get in it to switch districts.
