'Starting Update' Problem

I hope this is in the right forum ^^;

Well.. I've been having this problem.
Everytime I sign into ToonTown and click on 'Play Now".
The Update thing freezes up and stops repsonding!
I've tryed deleting the cookies but it doesn't work...

This HAS happened before and I had to redownload ToonTown .
Because I couldn't fix it.

Thanks! But, I already redownload ToonTown.

The last time it happened I waited for hours ._.
I even let it load while we went to the grocery store.
