I've heard that in the DA... I can't remember what a Legal Eagle is, but the phrase could be related to that. I don't think that phrase appears often though!

Sounds like something from the Eagle's Legalese attack, which I don't think comes up that often (most of the time I see one of them fire off Jargon instead of Legalese).

If you fight the legal eagle enough, you'll see it. Trust me, it's there, I've seen him say it plenty of times. No pics to prove it, though.

I saw it, too. He said "The opinions expressed in this attack are not those of Disney's Toontown Online." The attack was Legalese.
