Disconnecting???

I have disconnected 3 times in the last 20 minutes...each time in the factory during an invasion! ARghh I need merits! I hardly evr disconnect!!! Any one else having problems?
It is not my internet connection, my internet stays up the whole time

I had the same problem, I thought there was a guide on this site somewhere, but here is what I did (with screenshots! ):

Step 1:
Go to Start, and then Run. Type "CMD" in the box.


Click "Ok", and then type in "ipconfig".
You should see this:

(yours will look a bit different)

Now, you should see the words "Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : some numbers"

Minimize the Run screen, and pull up the old internet. Type those numbers you saw at the end of the Default Gateway as a URL. Screen Shot...
IMPORTANT NOTE: You may be asked for a name and Password. Do not put anything for the name, but the password should be "admin"


Click "Applications & Gaming", then "Port Triggering"


Copy exactly what you see below:



Tada!!! It took me a couple tries to figure that out from the guide, but that completely removed all my disconnects. It may be a bit different for you, I hope it was vague enough to generally help you.

i dont get a Default Gateway with numbers....it just shows "Documents and Settings " and then my name, am I doing something wrong?

NEVERMIND I MISSED A STEP....OOPSS

OK, now i cant get past the password box, I tried putting in admin but it wont let me in
i appreciate all the help,

Today as we were going to the 9th floor toontown closed itself. I'm so tired of disconnections, its driving me crazy! I definitely feel you!
