Can't Go to Toontown?

This week has been a bad week for me.
I try to log on to Toontown but it won't let me.
First it says the playground is only 0% done
then after awhile my game closes abnormally.
Can anyone help me?

I think that may be something similar to what's happening to my friend. Her computer simply refuses to run TT correctly.

I suggest re-downloading the program and seeing if that does any good
