Cannot run ToonTown whatsoever

My friend has been playing ToonTown with me for close to a month now(I payed for a one month subscription), and for some reason this past week it won't work on her computer! She has tried re-downloading the program several times from different sites including these forums and nothing seems to help.

Any suggestions?
