Small Cog Reward?

I was in the CFO when suddenly a Level 12 Robber Baron came out, but he was the size of about a Bean Counter. I can prove he's small because there's a normal-sized Robber Baron in the same picture to compare to.

This always happens to me, everytime I CFO.

It has to do with lag. When you lag as the cogs are coming out, the game never has a chance to make them appear normal sized, or they will stop growing at a point and appear a smaller size. It probably looked normal for the other players. It's confusing, but cute!
