Toon-Up glitch

Anyone ever experience a toon-up glitch where you use the toon-up gag but it misses (speaking of low toon-up) and you DONT get experiece points. Toontown responded as saying you have to toon-up someone I DID! They needed it and got their toon-up but it didnt happen. It works when i get a good high toon-up.

You do not get experience points when a gag misses, and when using TU one that does not give the full points of the gag at the level you are using is considered a 'miss'. It not really a glitch or a bug.

The actually went out of their way to make it happen...not a bug...Not a glitch...

what gag was it and what level was the cog if you had a higher gag than the cog you don't get point just like trap and trow and swirt
