Anyone else have this problem?

I can log in to toontown normally and then when it's at the loading screen I am taken back to the bug report page every time. Is there any quick fix to this?

Try downloading the new launcher

And maybe check your Firewall settings.

What does the Report a Bug Page say? In the red text it gives you?

Also what Operating System are you using?

Well my firewall is fine and I'm using Windows XP without the Service Pack, I don't see what else is wrong

Get the Service Pack 2.

It is very helpful and includes a new security panel and makes XP more secure

That used to happen to me all the time, but i re - booted my computer and that pronblems better, but now i have a problem with my sound card...

I use a Mac with OS X Leopard and was having inconsistent problems ever since the BBHQ upgrade, but as of yesterday, I can't get on at all. The firewall suggestions made by Disney do not apply to Leopard but to Tider.

Any other Mac users having the problem?
