I can't log in!!

Something really weird keeps happening.. I can get on Toontown fine except when it brings it to the pick a toon page. As soon as I click on a toon to play, it starts to log me in but within 5 seconds it just.. boots me off!

I just got wireless internet earlier today, but my connection is fine and I can still go online. Does anyone have any idea whats wrong?

1) Do you have Vista?

2) Which launcher are you using?

Ok, I've ran into this before. You're already using the new launcher, so that's not the problem.. When I had this issue I waited a while and it just came up later on. I would suggest un-downloading and then re-downloading the game.
It may or may not work, lemme know what happens and if it doesn't I'll see if I can be of more assistance.

Yeah, I don't know why it tends to do that sometimes.. Just for future reference, did you have to redownload it or did you just wait and it started working again?

I redownloaded it instead. Idk why I had to though, it was fine for monthes until today

The world may never know.. Alot of people have had to do it, it's probably just something in the settings that gets changed somehow, either by a new download or something of the sort.. Anyways, glad you got it fixed!!

That happened to me too!!!! I'm using the old launcher. I don't have Vista or XP. I have Windows 98 so I can't use the new one.

Oh no! It's happening again! I was talking to an sf in DG and all of a sudden it booted me off, it booted me off 5 min earlier, and now I can't even get on!

I guess I'll try redownloading it again but this is ridiculous!

Sometimes(mainly us vista users) get a problem like this. Is it the one that says "Game 1 closed abnormally", and then when you try to log in the Playground gets to 90% and freezes? If so, all you have to do is restart your PC and it will start working again. I have it happen alot, it's a hassle but can be easily solved.

i got that once and im not a vista user (tho i jsut restarted teh game, not comp -shrug-)
