Why the delay?

I notice when fighting cogs, there always seems to be one toon behind the others and one cog behind the others and like this 15 second delay for everyone to line up.

What is the point of that?

ive noticed that too... l;ast time, the timer went to zero seconds and the toons along with the cogs joined the battle afterwards...its very strange...

It has been that way since as long as I can remember, and I have been playing since the beginning of '04.. It's just something Disney has, probably something they don't care about fixing or isn't meant to be fixed. It may have something to do with different PC's and different speeds, they may have to do that to keep everyone ready and lined up(with the 15 sec timer going) at the same time. That way someone's timer won't go off before the others. I don't really know, but it's just apart of the game. There's alot of little bugs and glitches they have(more now than used to), but it's one that's been there a while.
