Toontown won't start

Well, I have no idea what the problem is. I really have two problems.

Too start with, I mainly use DirecWAY Satellite braudband for my internet. Toontown doesn't work on it. I go to the webpage, and click Play, and it starts, but then it hangs on "Starting Disneys Toontown Online..." With the Seltzer bottle thing. I've let it sit there for as long as 30 minutes, and nothing. Also, after I try to run the game on DirecWAY, web pages stop working. I can do anything online, as long as it isn't a web page. Restarting fixes this. It said in some of the help files that, it might apear to hang, but it is searching the files. Well, apparently it isn't searching them. I don't think it would be my computer, because I have a pretty up to date computer.. (512mb ram, 2.0mhz processor, etc) It DID work, when I used dialup only. It worked fine today. But, just now it isn't work after repeated attempts. I bought a game card, and installed it with the CD. Could that be it? (it did update this morning, though, when I first played) I also have Googletoolbar 2.0, and I had to completly disable popup blocking for it to work the first time. (It is still disabled.) This is starting to become really frustrating...
