A really strange thing

Ok so last night I was in a cog building fighting cogs when all of a sudden my toon got a laff point back! It was cool. I finished the building and went around the streets, still getting the boosts, once i went to a playground though, it stopped working in the streets, it was weird but cool!

This has never happened to me before, and I'm not sure I understand exactly what you are saying. It happens so you have a low chance of getting sad and once you lost a laff point? How is losing a laff point decreasing your chance of getting sad?

Yes, I've heard of this happening. I have read several posts here about it. It's a bug of some sort.

ssjgamer is saying he kept getting +1's...this isn't common.
Usually the game will round up a toonup's effect after a full turn,
but not again and again.

Back during beta 2 there was a time when if you TP'd from the
street right as a cog approached you, a battle would commence
but you'd be gone. The result: your hit points would suddenly
drop! This happened to my ol' buddy Kraker. We had to keep
healing him in battle even though he was never getting hit by the
cogs standing in front of us. It was wild.
