Go to the bottom. See where it says, "Manage Attachments"? Click that, and upload your Screenshot.

This has happened to me a couple of times,if anybody can tell me where do you find your toontown folder,ill upload a screenshot.

open Run... in the start menu then type this in or copy and paste it to go faster
