HQ didnt give my son his reward!

Ok heres what happened...
The HQ gave my son a task...The reward was transparency...
When he completed said task,he went to HQ to turn it in. I was standing right next to him and they took his micromanagers and said (very quickly,because the words flashed quicker than they usually would...)"Thank You Mr Dusty Thunderflinger,here is your reward,for the next 30 mins you will be transparent"
And nothing! I couldnt believe it! I helped him with that task and he gets nothing! He even rebooted his pc and came back on and nothing! Has anyone had this happen to them also before?

Was he in the same Playground he was at when he got the task? Cause my big head works everywhere except TTC, so if that's the case then try going to a different area/Playground.

Oh ok I will tell him. But now 30 minutes is over. Rats!
