Cogs Getting Angry (Bad Glitch)

Have you ever seen this glitch:

You're fighting a cog. It's your turn. But it dissappears and then the cogs attack you when it's suppose to be your turn.

that happened 2 me today in a building it was wierd i didnt get 2 pick a gag.....

That happened to me yesterday, some one died. It was kinda sad cause the person was working on LOM (ice cream cone one) and we were on the 4th floor.

Its sad cause if he would have lived, he would have been done with that task.
