Bug Plz Help!

Ok I'm on the trial ver. and I went to make a toon and once I make the body I cant click on the button to go to the next page can anybody help?

Are you clicking the checkmark, or the X. Not trying to be funny.

Just staarting with the basics. You may need to uninstall/reinstall.
And make sure your connection is live.

I'm clicking on the arrow. And I already did the uninstall thing it didnt work.
