problem starting game

Hi all,

I'm having severe problems with starting the game.
After I click the red PLAY button, the login page opens and seems to load,
but never completes (the blue bar on bottom of internet explorer window doesn't fill, stays halfway). I tried rebooting the pc but didn't work.
I can surf on all other websites.

Has anyone had this before ?
(is it an update or am I banned )

ps : when I click Member Services --> Account information also a screen starts to load wich never completes

I even disabled my pop-up blockers.

It it solved with me (finally)

Game is loading ; I am a happy toon now, again

I even downloaded a free virusscanner to solve it :-)
