Not really a bug: Timer too low in HQ

Some Hollys think its funny to block the view of the elevator timer in HQ. I think a simple solution would be to move it a little higher.

An other feature of the game is that the cog level is often not visible during battle, it would be nice if the view on that was changed a little.

Just a few ideas in case someone from dev is watching.
