It just happens, Mr Dlite and Mini Ms Dlite came out of the VP lobby and we looked like our usual toons to us, but on my friends screen we were in our Cog suit, so we went to balle cogs on the platform and she took a screen shot. It was funny to see what she had seen as well as our other friends.

In other words, You can't do anything to make you have your cog suit on when you are outside. It just happens if you are lucky. but as Said, I did not see us with having our cog suit on, only my friends did.

I think you alt F4 out of the elevator in the lobby. But, ever sense they made you change districts when you log i havent gotten it to work.
