Can't get toontown to run!

Hey guys. I really deserved that. Now, the real problem has come, every time I try to enter toontown I get the error report screen of doom! Do I need to install the toontown runner again? If so, how? I havent played for weeks thanks to school, sonic adventure 2, and Pikmin 2 Help! Before ma head A splode in frustration!

u have a security system or firewall that wont let toontown through tell the security sestem or firewall to let itoontown though my dad does that for me sry

or if it's a new computer, you probably don't have a video card, this is only if your computer never worked in the 1st place.
