Can't log in

A friend of mine is having problems, after typing in her account name and password and hitting log in it loads a movie that advertises tt instead of having the normal loading screen. The movie keeps repeating itself, and tt never loads. Has anyone else had this problem, or can anyone give any advice? It was working fine on her system until a few days ago, when this problem started.

That's a new one on me.
I would suggest clearing the cache and cookies, then restart and try logging i again.

Did you have caps lock on?
