Can anyone help me?

Does this happen to anyone besides me....?

Every time I enter my house, the mouse freezes and then all the programs freeze, making me have to re-start my computer.

The same thing happens with the mouse no matter where I go, like every ten minutes(30 if I'm really lucky).

I barely make it with out freezing in HQ or VP.

My mouse freezes 75% when I go in a different building.

Well since having taken computer classes for eight years, I thought I could fix it...Not by a long shot...

I took off almost all my programs on my computer(No help)
Changed all of the settings(Nope)
Send my computer to three proffesional computer tecnitions(Still no)
All my other programs work absolutley perfect!

Does this happen to anyone else? Or does anyone know what's wrong...cause this is my last hope...(it's a pain getting tasks done -_-)

You can check the log file in your toontown folder (C:\Program Files\Disney\Disney Online\Toontown\toontown-041015_142913.log for exapmle), the last entries in the file will give some idea as to what happened to cause the freeze.

However, I expect that you have a corrupted data file. The most reliable fix is to RENAME (don't delete yet) your Toontown folder, to something like "TTold". Then, start Toontown and let it completely finish downloading before you go anywhere.

If it's working correctly after that, you should run a Scandisk on you hard drive. One possible reason for a corrupted file is a bad spot on the hard drive. That's why I would make sure to NOT uninstall the game, that would just cause it to re-install over the bad part.
