Sounds like you dad has ZAP set up to not ask if you wish to allow something and just block it...also if you are running Windows XP it too has a firewall and ZAP my not be getting along with the XP firewall. I have used ZAP in the past but it was constantly blocking things without letting me know it was doing so. It made alot of trouble for me. I suggest you reboot the PC and turn off ZAP then run TT. Once TT is going like it should be restart ZAP and it should be ok till the next update.
