WARNING: toons getting stuck in every district in TTC in non-battle...

I was wondering around TTC in all the different districts, trying to complete my toon task of helping 60 low-laffers.... And, there was a group in every district of toons stuck in the middle of the street. eveyone who gets near them will get stuck too. there is a COG standing there, but no battle ever happens. I got stuck by accident twice in two seperate districts while trying to walk on the sidewalk. i am reporting it to the toon town staff right now, but i figured i would warn everyone...

That happened to me once, the toons and I had out arms standing out and were stuck...it would be until like 30 minutes before a Toon gets logged out...I was battling a Bloodsuckers and you should of seen how many by standers there were!

see, these were the kinds of bugs i thought toon town staff fixed AGES ago. i was NOT aware that if they had fixed it it could come back.
