Freezing

Anyone know why or what I can do? Everytime approach a cog to do battles I freeze up sometimes just for a few seconds sometimes I have to reboot. Same thing happens when entering doorways such as headquarters or merchants.

I have a high end video card and a decent system so I don't think that's the problem...

Very Frustrated

Freeing up resources?

My friends and I have had the same problem recently. I don't know how to fix it. I understand that if you go into the task manager and shut down all the items that aren't necessary it helps. But other than my printer and palm pilot, I don't really know what systems to shut down.

Maybe someone here can help us out?

If you got o the toontown help page it saids the freezing is caused by the toontown game. The game drans your ram, which keeps making the computer run slow, beacuse the server or computer is looking for more ram. When the computer runs too slow, disney saids to either rebot, or press alt 4 to restart your computer if you have too.

Well, I may have a way to fix it. Maybe (just MAYBE [not sure]) it is dusty inside the computer part (not moniter). Try taking a vacum and cleaning it out. I'm only a kid... but a smart one! lol (I don't like to brag though [not even meaning to here, FYI]) It may fix, it may not. if it doesn't listen to Pancake Featherdoode's post. IDK anything else if my way doesn't work!

PS It worked for me, FYI.

Thanks very helpfull. I have a 640 MB of ram though, and I certainly don't want to have to reboot everytime this happens since it's so often. I hope they are working on fixing this issue soon.
