Not getting monthly mailers
Okay guys, is anyone else not getting the monthly mailers. I wait the 6-8 weeks that they advise but eventually I end up having to send in a bug report. Once I send in the report and wait for a couple more weeks I eventually get them, but is there anyone who can help me to figure out how to get them on time with out having to wait what seems like forever. I know I do not live in the US, but the mailers are available to Canada where I live. Am I just being forgotten??? Not really sure so let me know if you do,

Cant count how many threads on this. It seems almost NO ONE is getting the monthly mailers. I talked to them on live chat and they said i should get them. And i didnt even get my welcoming pack

Me neither.
I have been with Toontown well over a year. I got 2 newsletters. That's it. What welcome pack? I didn't get one of those either.

I never got hte welcome kit either but I just figured I would not get it because I was not a new member. I had been a member long before the trading cards and monthly mailers were started. Disney has still not responded to the bug report I sent about it this time.

I have been playing TT since September of last year and have never recieved anything in the mail. I have the right boxes checked in the user profile too. I've checked it several times to make sure it was right. Don't know what the deal is?? Oh well, life goes on!!

Same Here
We have not received anything from Toontown either since we began. I went back to see if all the correct boxes were checked as far as getting mail etc. and they were. Then I even wrote to them but haven't gotten any response. My son is axiously awaiting ANYTHING that might come in the mail as he has a friend that has gotten stuff from Toontown. Anyone have any other suggestions? Or has someone had success contacting Disney on the problem?
