This ever happened to you?

Has this ever happened to you? If it has, can you tell me if you got it fixed, and how you did it?

I logged into Toontown this morning, my username and password were accepted, and it came to the loading page with the seltzer bottle. The loading starts. But when loading comes to "Applying update for make-a-toon (1 of 9)" comes up, the percentage starts over back at 0 and goes up by 20-50's. When it gets to about 125%, it starts back at 0, still on "Applying update for make-a-toon (1 of 9)" and goes up again by 20-50's, but keeps going into the thousands. After a few minutes, I give up and close the page. Earlier I had left the computer while it was loading, and came back to find the percentage had gone down to the negatives, -350%!

This happened to me a few months ago, but after restarting my computer a few times, it started working. I've restarted this computer 5-7 times now, and it STILL isn't working.

So, I can't log into Toontown. D: Ugh.
