I cant download the patches..?

I just got the game, and when you press play and enter in your SN and PW, the little squirt bottle shows up, and it says updating toontown (1 of 9) and I get halfway through 2 of 9 and the game starts and that update page goes blue any one know how to download em? Also, I cant access the cog HQ says underconstruction yet people go in it....could I need to download the patches?

The setzer bottle goes all the way up when its a big update, but when you go to toontown it will just go halfway like you said. So its supposed to do that. Besides, only sellbot HQ is opened, so you can only go to the one in Daisy Gardens. The other ones are not opened!

Hmmm every time I start up the game however, it says "updating toontown (2 of 9)" gets half way up and launches the game and it never goes past half way of 2 of 9 I didnt know why it did that, and didnt download 3 4 5 6 7 8 9, I downloaded all of 1....
