Why??????

I don't know if this is a common or an unsual problem.
I have absolutely no problems logging into test server. But, I am unable to log on open, using same computer. On open I receive a message that my graphics card driver needs to be updated. Aren't I using the same graphic card driver on both test and open????? Would uninstalling and reinstalling open help?? Please, help me to resolve this problem. I kinda of, sorta of, miss my friends on open.
