Losing gag experience

A friend told me that they're very close to goggles in lure track, but that they've noticed their experience has gone DOWN some 200 points, not once but twice. From what I understand, points accumulate properly in battle but when checked later the total has decreased. Is this a known bug and if so, is there some advise I can give them?

this issue is very common it usualally happenes in sellbot hq but it is fixe now u dont have 2 worry thanks
