Disney's response to an old problem

I wonder if they read my emails... These are the messages in the order that they were sent:
--------------------------------------------------------------
I can't see the cogs levels when battling tall cogs, because there
level
and type of cog information is past the top of the screen.
-------------------------------------------------------

OMG...that gave me such a laugh! ROFL! Sometimes tech support just kills me! I've reported this problem too...wonder if they'll get off their bums & fix it!

The problem with that problem is that it was caused by a simple fix to another problem.

The old problem was that short Cogs could be completely covered up, so you couldn't see any part of them at all. They changed the camera angle to get around that.

It would be nice to have some way to know what the Cog levels are all the time, but that would take more changes in the game than just moving the camera angle.

Would they really need to do that? Couldn't it be the same thing like when you're turned around & can't see a toon talking to you....you can see the chat bubble even if you can't see the toon behind you. So why can't they just make it so that all cog levels are BELOW the cogs when you're in battle? Like below their feet instead. That'd make it easier, I would think.

My Mood:
The answer is simple, put the level and name at a constant pixel height from the ground. Then for cogs it wouldn't matter how tall they are. Of course their level might be in the abdomen instead but who cares, at least I could see it then.

No one mentioned changing the height of the cogs. It was mentioned that their names & levels should be at a set level from the "ground" so they can be seen at all times.
